1. Scope
This policy covers two different things, and it is worth keeping them apart:
- This website, vuresolutions.com. A brochure site. It has no forms, no accounts and no tracking.
- The websites we build for our clients. Those carry a contact form, and the people who fill it in are our clients' potential customers, not ours.
2. What this website collects
Nothing you type. There is no form on vuresolutions.com, no login, no newsletter signup and no shopping cart.
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and we do not use tracking pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. That request is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and keep a record of what was agreed.
3. Lead form submissions on client websites
Every website we build captures leads through a form provided by Tally (tally.so), embedded on the client's site.
The form typically asks for:
- Name
- Phone number
- The service needed
- A short message
- Email address, usually optional
We ask for as little as we can get away with, because every extra required field costs the business a submission.
4. Where a submission goes
When someone submits the form on a client's site, the submission is delivered to three places at once:
- The client's own email inbox. This is the primary destination. The lead is theirs from the moment it arrives.
- The client's own Google Sheet. One dedicated spreadsheet per client. We never share one spreadsheet across clients.
- A monitoring copy sent to bcc@getvure.com. We receive a copy so we can confirm the form is actually delivering. It is for delivery monitoring and support, not gatekeeping. Nothing is withheld from the client and we do not use these copies for marketing.
5. Who controls the data
For lead submissions collected on a client's website, the client is the data controller and Vure Solutions is a processor acting on their instructions. We handle the submission so it reaches them. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below.
If you filled in a form on a contractor's website and want your information removed, the fastest route is to contact that business directly. You can also contact us using the details in section 10 and we will pass the request on and delete our own copy.
6. Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of third parties. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Tally hosts the form and processes submissions. Tally is EU-hosted, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and offers a data processing agreement.
- Google provides the spreadsheet each client's leads are written to, and delivers our email.
- Vercel hosts this site and the websites we build, and keeps standard server logs.
- Stripe processes client subscription payments. Card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store a full card number.
7. How long we keep things
- Lead submissions: we delete the copies held in our own systems 30 days after a client's final paid period ends. Copies already delivered to the client's inbox and spreadsheet belong to the client and are not ours to delete.
- Client spreadsheets: ownership is transferred to the client when the relationship ends.
- Correspondence and billing records: kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
- Server logs: retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule.
If you ask us in writing to confirm that lead data has been deleted, we will confirm it in writing.
8. Security
Sites we build are served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to client spreadsheets and to the form account is limited to the operator of Vure Solutions.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data and the law requires notification, we will notify the affected client and the relevant authority.
9. Children
Our service is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through one of our forms, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Your choices and how to reach us
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make a request, email info@vuresolutions.com and tell us which website you submitted a form on, so we can find the record. We will respond within 30 days.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle lead data, we will email our clients before it takes effect.
